GDPR policy

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

Your personal data will be stored until the revocation of the consent for its processing, at least for the period of the provision of services or delivery of goods and for the time necessary to provide legal protection, in particular to pursue any claims or for the time necessary to fulfil obligations provided for in legal provisions applicable to the Data Controller, whichever period is longer.

  1. Your personal data will not be subject to automatic processing which involves automated decision-making, including profiling.

Your personal data is not transferred to any third parties except for entities with whom the Data Controller cooperates for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the processing and to the entities and bodies to which the Data Controller is obliged or authorised to provide personal data under generally applicable provisions of law.

  1. You have the right to access, rectify, transfer, delete, limit the processing, and to object to further processing of your data at any time (without impact to the lawfulness of the processing) by sending a relevant statement to the following e-mail address: ado@clico.pl.

  1. You are entitled to file a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection, i.e. to the Personal Data Protection Office, Warszawa, ul. Stawki 2, if you believe that the processing of personal data by the Controller is performed in breach of applicable legal provisions.
